Shipping policy

Any order placed before 4 PM on business days is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM are shipped the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery methods in mainland France

Mondial Relay

You can choose the pick-up point closest to your home or workplace. When selecting this delivery method on the website, a list of the nearest pick-up points will be displayed.

Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can follow its progress on the Mondial Relay website.

Your parcel will be delivered to a local retailer within the Mondial Relay network. You will be notified by SMS or email when your parcel is available at the pick-up point. You then have 7 days to collect your order.

Colissimo Home Delivery – No Signature Required

Your order will be delivered to your mailbox. If your mailbox is not large enough and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within six (6) business days or to collect your parcel from the post office as early as the next business day.

If no choice is made, you may collect your parcel from your designated post office within fifteen (15) calendar days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to Supernutrition.
